Local Travel North Germany
April 30 - May 3

Ready for a memorable long weekend?

Restore and recharge in a beautiful scenic setting on the island Rügen, North Germany. The property Gut Üselitz is a modernized 16th century building featured in guides like "Take Me To The Lakes" and the Dutch "Vogue Living". You can reach the venue in 3.5 hours from Berlin or Hamburg by car/train. E.g. from Berlin, you can take the "Stadt/Land/Meer"-train ticket for 43€. The return train is flexible with this ticket, so you can be spontaneous on your way back.

If you are looking for a retreat with quality yoga sessions, healthy food and a place to truly unplug, you will feel home here.

We will start the retreat Thursday, April 30 with a 2 hour evening yoga practice from 4:30pm - 6:30pm. Each evening practice is designed to move stress out of your body system to connect you to your center. We will work with Yin/Restorative Yoga and Meditation every evening.

In the mornings, we will work with creative Vinyasa Flow sequences, Breathwork and Meditation. Each morning practice is designed to build stability, energy and flow. The retreat ends with a last morning practice from 7:30am - 9:30am, followed by breakfast, Sunday, May 3.

Between the yoga practices, you can enjoy the surrounding peaceful nature, walk around the lake of the property or discover the island Rügen. The owners of Gut Üselitz are more than welcome to support you with recommendations.

The yoga sessions will be taught in English. Your teacher Birgit has done her yoga trainings in Munich, New York and Los Angeles. She teaches the essence of yoga in a modern and accessible way.

You can bring a friend/partner to join you for the long weekend at Gut Üselitz. If your friend/partner is not joining the retreat, he/she is more than welcome to join us for breakfast and dinner. Reduced rates are available for accommodation + food only.
